CAPABILITIES

J & R have a well equipped manufacturing facility comprising of a wide range of standard machines through to the latest technology in computer numerical controlled (C N C) machines operated by highly skilled staff ready for action. We have a fully calibrated hardness testing machine to better check parts in progress or materials used in manufacturing.   Each member of the company is trained to ensure all are involved in maintaining an effective quality control system. We also have good stocks of aircraft materials for your requirements.   J & R is fully licensed by the Australian C.A.S.A. to manufacture aircraft components, assembly & finishing of components to your requirements under approval number C507642, 507642-1 Production Certificate including a quality control system, production, storage, material certification & DA1 release notes. Component engineering approvals will be arranged under regulation 35/36 as required by C.A.S.A. including new A.P.M.A. E 2000-003 approved parts.
